The world class indoor facility at Bradgate Park in Orange will again open to host the 2013 ThinLine Dressage with Altitude CDI 3* & CDI-Y event – February 14 to 17.

Horsezone is once again a proud sponsor of the ThinLine Dressage with Altitude.

This unique “Boutique European” style dressage event has grown rapidly in popularity since its inception in 2009 and has become one of the most anticipated events on the Australian Dressage calendar.

Steph Carroll from ThinLine Australia, naming rights sponsor for the third year says of the event “DWA is an outstanding success and we will continue our support of this world class event into the future.”

The Organising Committee welcomes a new major sponsor in 2013 Orange City Council, giving the Council the opportunity of promoting the fabulous “colour” city of Orange and it’s diversity to the rest of the world through assistance in live streaming of the event – a further development for the event in 2013.

We are excited to announce a very experienced panel of international judges who include; FEI 5* judges Gustaf Svalling (SWE), Anne Gribbons (USA), Susie Hoevenaars (AUS), Mary Seefried (AUS); FEI 4* Helen Hughes-Keen (NZ), Alison King (HKG), Ricky MacMillan (AUS) & Maria Schwennesen (AUS).

Congratulations to two of our judges Gustaf Svalling (SWE) and Susie Hoevenaars (AUS) who have recently been named as members of the Ground Jury for the 2013 European Dressage Championships in Denmark in August. This creates an exciting opportunity for our competitors to be judged by some of the worlds most highly regarded judges.

The 2013 programme offers International level (FEI) competition from Prix St Georges through to Grand Prix; Young Riders do not miss out with the inclusion of a CDI-Y on the program. At a National level there are the Novice and Advanced competitions for up and coming combinations, all competitions are held indoors and provide the perfect warm-up for the prestigious Sydney CDI in May. Entries close 16 January 2013.

2012 DWA Grand Prix Champion and Australian reserve rider for the 2012 London Olympics, Rozzie Ryan describes the event as “wonderfully welcoming… rider friendly… time for discussion and exchange of ideas… and very sociable”.

Tickets to the Saturday evening’s “The Art of Dressage with Wine and Gourmet Hamper” during the FEI Freestyle competitions are now on sale and available at the event website.

Tickets are limited and bookings are essential.
