Quaid's sire Cera Quantro carries some of the most influential sire and marelines in the world for the production of Showjumpers and Sires. His dam Valenzia is a daughter of successful international showjumping stallion Carinjo (Patrice Delaveau), and Quantro descends from a highly successful sports family- Holstein Stamm 242. This mareline has produced World class show jumpers and more than 40 approved stallions, which rank amongst the very best in Holstein. Valenzia herself has already produced several producing daughters and sons including the stallions L.B. Wendelina competed at Grand Prix level herself and is the full sister of the phenomenal Sapphire which won Olympic Gold twice with Mclean Ward. Wendelina has already produced two approved stallions, Edjaz and Koblenz van’t Merelsnest. Gisele’s dam is Holmwood Crystal 1 by Champion FP and combines two of the most successful International showjumping Stallions, in the Hamburg Derby Champion and Grand Prix winner Champion Dy Lys and Multi Olympic gold medallist, World Champion and Hanoverian Stallion of the year in 2000- For Pleasure. Holmwood Crystal 1 is the dam of Furiosa by Viscount (Copabella Visage). Furiosa won 2 rounds of the 4yo Showjumper at DJWTS 2017 and was awarded Champion of the 4yo Age group. Furiosa's first Foal Glory 11 PPH (Carpino Z) ran 5th overall in the DJWTS 2024 5yo Showjumper.
