She is sired by the exceptional Cachassini II, a proven 1.40m showjumper, whose talent in the ring is matched only by his pedigree. Cachassini II is by Cachas, out of Versace. Versace's sire is the legendary Cassini I – a world-renowned 1.60m showjumper known for producing international champions.

On her dam’s side, Calypso is out of Musical Mia, a refined Thoroughbred mare, adding blood, sensitivity, and refinement – the perfect complement to her powerful Warmblood sire line.

Expected to mature around 15.3hh, Calypso is already showing all the hallmarks of a future star. She is elegant, inquisitive, and brave, with a well-balanced frame and an intelligent, willing temperament.
