I am honestly surprised that Benj remains on the market as he is a very well campaigned pony that genuinely gives his all and would make a great competitive mount for a confident young or small adult rider. I stepped out on him last weekend at Mentone Dressage Day - Grade 2 pony club, having not competed in nearly 3 years, and he completely carried me - he didn't put a foot wrong - riding through the rain and pulling off two lovely tests. 1st & 2nd place in a field of 10 and Reserve Champ overall. Two weeks prior he took out the Championship for 65Jumping at Elmore with my daughter riding him after not jumping competitively in over 2 years. He is a talented pony that wants to please.

More broadly, he has spent the last 5 years taking my daughter from near beginner to riding Elementary level and to an Interschools National Champs in 2024 for CT65. Before us he was a very successful show pony in SA. He has been extensively campaigned in PC, EA and Children's FEI events and always under some professional guidance.

He is a sharp pony, typical ARP in many ways, very athletic and expressive in his paces. For the past 5 years he has been ridden by my daughter from 10-15 years old so very suitable for the right young rider - no beginners.

He has lovely ground manners, is easy to hack out, float, shoe and clip.

This is a very difficult sale as Benji has been my daughter’s first pony and we want him to find his person.

Benji has no vices or medical history.
