“Angel” is a breathtaking 16hh, 9yo Warmblood mare by Woody Toy Story, out of a Holsteiner mare (Arwen ter Brokeford). She combines elegance, athleticism, and a touch of sass; the complete package for the most diciplines

With three exceptional, eye-catching paces, Angel has been trained in elementary dressage, confidently jumping up to 90cm, and has enjoyed cross-country schooling and trails. She is brave, bold, and smart: the kind of horse who loves learning and being challenged.

Her presence, movement, and type make her a true contender in any discipline. Personally I think she would make a cracking little eventer with some training. She will jump anything in front of her; the higher it is, the better and her naturally round frame would suit dressage or the show horse world . Plus, her little pony face guarantees she’ll be the darling wherever she goes.

Angel is intelligent and has big, expressive movement that needs a rider who can confidently channel her energy and ride her forward. She can test the boundaries at times, but in the hands of a capable rider, that sass turns into forward brilliance.

And sadly I am not that capable of a rider. Angel should have been the horse I bought in 3 years time, not the one I get  after 25 years out of the saddle,. She knows I am a sook and giggles in my face.
