This gelding is a fun, compact package and a true all-rounder with an impressive and varied résumé. He is an educated, intelligent horse with plenty of buttons who genuinely enjoys having a job to do. Forward moving with a soft contact, making him a very enjoyable ride.

He has experience across a wide range of disciplines and outings, including flatwork, team penning, campdrafting, gymkhana-style events, beach rides, trail and road riding, and ponying young horses. Cracking a whip off him.

He is responsive under saddle and best suited to a confident rider with an independent seat and hands who will appreciate his sensitivity and keep him mentally engaged.

When in consistent work, he offers a fantastic stop, collects well, and stays soft and balanced. He has good rollbacks, beautiful one-handed control, listens well to leg aids, and is educated in leg yield, side pass, walk-to-canter transitions, and reverse arc. He had also just started on spins prior to time off due to rider injury. Overall, he is a very well-educated gelding with a solid foundation.

He is not the type to give his heart away instantly, but for the right person who takes the time to build a partnership, he will be incredibly rewarding and try his hardest. He would suit someone looking for a fun, capable horse to enjoy across multiple disciplines rather than a beginner ride.

💙Currently shod all round and ready to go. Up to date with worming and equine dental work (report available).

In the interest of full transparency, he can occasionally be a little difficult to catch. Once caught, he is completely cooperative and actually quite engaging and affectionate. He is very smart, and this trait is best viewed as a positive by someone who understands intelligent horses. He has excellent ground manners and has been a pleasure to work with.

He is fine to ride after a spell; he may be a little more responsive initially but has shown no vices, bad manners, or malice. He is good-natured and genuine.

💙No known injuries or health issues, no itch. He does have a small split in his near-side ear, believed to be present from birth, which does not affect him in any way.

He is good with other horses, sits low in the pecking order, is a good doer, and has a naturally glistening coat.
