Eye-Catching 4 Year Old Cremello Mare

‘SP Opal Moon’ is a 15.1hh 4-year-old cremello mare by Milky Way GF (Cremello German Warmblood) out of a SP Blue Eyed Ghost/Falkensee mare.

Opal has a sweet and inquisitive nature, a great work ethic and three good paces. She has a super hind leg that naturally reaches well under her body and she’s already showing talent for lateral work. She has a lovely soft contact and a great length of neck, so she’ll make a beautiful shape as she develops more muscle.

Cremello warmblood mares are incredibly hard to find, she's truly one of a kind and you'll be sure to stand out from the crowd with this beautiful girl!

She has great overtrack in the walk, with a clear 4 beat rhythm and natural activity. Her trot has great hock action and is already showing an ability to lengthen and shorten with ease. Her canter has a lot of power and she has a great ability to step under with her hind leg, which will make collection easy later on!

She is confidently working in a correct frame and gives a lovely consistent contact. She’s becoming established with lengthened paces, leg yield, shoulder in and counter canter.

Opal is wonderful to hack both alone and in company, and is great on the road, open farmland, forest, beach etc. She’s not at all worried about farm animals, traffic, bikes, tractors etc. and hacks calmly on a long rein.

Opal is microchipped and registered with the New Zealand Warmblood Association.

She is good on the ground and very easy to catch, truck, travel etc.

Opal is incredibly sweet and genuine; however she is a young warmblood and will only be sold to an experienced home.
