Gillpark Shes a Lady is a beautifully put-together registered Quarter Horse mare with exceptional balance and temperament. She was professionally started by David Murphy, and I’ve taken my time bringing her along, giving her good rest periods between each stage of training.
She’s been ridden out on her own and in company — her biggest ride so far was among a crowd of around 200 riders, which she handled with complete ease and confidence.
My original plan was to have her as my second campdrafting horse, but unfortunately, my health has changed my direction. She’s ready for someone to take her on and develop her further in whichever discipline they choose.
Gillpark shes a Lady is kind, willing, and honest. While she has many hours under saddle, I’d class her as being on the edge between green-broke and seasoned — a fantastic foundation for someone wanting to bring a talented young mare up through the ranks their own way.
She’s the type of mare that catches your eye and earns your trust — solid, smart, and full of potential.
