This is a genuinely hard sale, but Patrick deserves more consistency than I can currently give him.

Patrick is a big character with a lovely nature, he’s a giant puppy. He’s an affectionate, people-oriented horse who enjoys attention and being part of whatever you’re doing. He ADORES my kids, and is very gentle and patient with them

Although he’s not straight off the track and has stints of being in full work he is green and therefore not suitable for beginners. At this stage he likes his rider to give him direction and confidence but with consistent work he gets more confident in himself.

Patrick has lovely movement and has shown some really nice dressage work when in work. He has all the ingredients to make a cracking horse for someone willing to put the time into him.

With two toddlers, family commitments and a recent loss in our family, I simply haven’t been able to give him the consistency he needs. So He is currently out of work, although I clipped him with every intention of bringing him back into work so he is ready to go

Patrick has had veterinary assessment and imaging, which I am happy to discuss with genuine enquiries. My vet is also happy to speak directly with prospective buyers but due to this he’d suit a dressage or show home only where he can excel happily

Priced to reflect his current situation, not his potential. I would love to see him find a home where he gets the opportunity to prove what he’s capable of so I’m hoping by putting him at this price I can find the right home, the money isn’t a concern, i really just want to find someone who loves him and will look after him
