Mika is green broken, showing a willing attitude and the ability to learn quickly. He displays intelligence and curiosity and enjoys any challenge that you present to him. With his athletic build and pedigree, he would be well suited to western discipline sports and trail riding.
Mika is slightly pigeon toed so is not suitable for professional work.
Mika has had 2 x 1-week sessions with trainer Scott Hergest Reining and Horse Training with groundwork, lunging, long reining and saddle acceptance.
He recently had a week with trainer Lauren Beeling Horse Trainer where he was ridden under saddle.
Mika is:
Easy to shoe and float
Leads off another horse on the trail
Ties up well
Has had his hooves trimmed every 5 weeks since 6 months of age
Up to date with worming
He is comfortable being paddocked alone or with other horses, showing an adaptable nature.
As a young horse, Mika would be best suited to an intermediate to experienced rider to continue his education and bring out his full potential.
This is an opportunity to secure a quality young horse with breeding, looks, temperament, and ability.
