Roger is a beautifully bred, solid and chunky little gelding, typical of the quality produced by Nawarrah Park ponies.

This is a completely heartbreaking and very reluctant sale due to a change in my circumstances, and finding the absolute best home for him is incredibly important.

Roger has done a bit of everything including Pony Club, Horse Trials, Show Jumping, Dressage, ARC and trail riding. He is a fantastic size for a confident child or small adult wanting a fun, capable pony to get out and enjoy.

He is a straightforward, well-educated ride with a soft mouth, responsive to the leg and a very comfortable mover. Roger enjoys having a job and is a versatile pony who can turn his hoof to many disciplines.

He loves to jump and is quick and clever in a jump-off with sharp turns. On the flat he works nicely into a frame and can collect well, and he thoroughly enjoys heading out on trail rides. Roger is generally not a spooky pony — he might have a look at something unfamiliar but moves on without fuss.

Roger is not suited to a complete beginner, however he would make a fantastic second pony in a knowledgeable horsey home, or a great pony for someone wanting to try a bit of everything.

Roger was also an incredible confidence booster for me personally when I returned to riding after an eight-year break, which really speaks to his genuine and kind nature.

He has a gorgeous personality and truly loves being around his people.

His custom-made Black Country saddle is also available at an additional cost to the new owner.

Finding Roger the very best home is my absolute priority, as this is an extremely difficult sale.
