Oaks Cardinal (Cardi) is the sweetest horse you'll ever meet, he'll come up to you in the paddock for a cuddle, he's very quiet, sensible, has a good temperament, great to shoe, transport, tie up, and get his teeth done.

We've competed Cardi actively for the past 2 years that we've had him, he's jumping confidently around 1.20m at the moment with plenty of scope to go higher, we've jumped him a couple of 1.30m classes recently, and he handles them very well. He's very good in and out of the ring, doesn't do anything naughty, will tie happily to the truck all day and he loves to be reassured so that he knows he's doing a good job. Cardi is more whoa then go, his canter as most people have described is like a 'rocking horse', he is soft on the flat and nice in the mouth. Cardi can live by himself, or in a herd environment with no problems and is an easy horse to keep

Cardi isn't sensitive, but he needs the trust and bond with his human to have him compete at his full ability. This is a very sad sale, we really love Cardi but unfortunately have too many horses and not enough time to keep up with everything, we really just want to find a good new home and adventure for him, please contact us if you're interested
