RegistrationsBorn 30 October 2023, Fielding’s King Arthur is a beautifully bred young Irish Sport Horse gelding combining substance, scope and temperament.
By the Registered Irish Draught stallion Cushavon Tiernan Ri (RID) from a quality Thoroughbred mare - Sweet Sophia (by Artie Schiller (USA)), Arthur offers the proven cross of Irish bone and Thoroughbred blood, bred to excel in any English discipline.
Arthur has been professionally handled from birth and completed his first season of show preparation (May-Sept 2025). He:
Arthur Walks and trots in hand correctly. Clips, bathes, plaits, rugs, sprays and floats. Stands quietly in the wash bay, breezeway and next to the float.
Arthur has attended two outings - led classes; winning Champion, first and second place ribbons against seasoned competition. He was praised for his manners, presence and correct Irish type.
Currently enjoying a short break after his show prep at Cushavon Park, an ideal time for a new home to step in and continue his development.
Arthur represents a rare opportunity to secure a correctly bred, well-handled young Irish Sport Horse gelding with the temperament, manners and type to shine.
While he would excel in a variety of disciplines, we would especially love to see him go to a dedicated eventing home where his natural balance, bravery and brain can be developed to his full potential.
