This is an incredibly heartbreaking sale of my once in a life time horse. True schoolmaster showjumper.

Oxbow is the most honest, genuine and sweetest horse you could ever sit on. He has successfully competed up to 1.25cm.

Always comes home with ribbons, a very uncomplicated point and shoot ride.

He has been ridden by beginners and experienced riders and is the type of horse who looks after his rider. Earlier this year, he took a nervous beginner around 90cm clear, and then went on to win the 1.20 with me later that same day.

He has done absolutely everything — show jumping, cross country, cattle work, pony club, archery, extensive flatwork, liberty, and incredible flatwork and responds exceptionally to voice commands, and does He always tries 110% with wherever you ask of him.

He is incredibly established and adaptable, with a lovely temperament and a genuine willingness to please. Once he bonds with you he will truly give you the world, he has the biggest heart and personality.

He has no quirks, really respectful on the ground, in saddle, not matey, never bucks, rears, or bolts. Good with other horses or alone. Self loads into any kind of float.

I bought Oxbow as an inexperienced rider and we went from cross rails together to competing successfully at 1.20m . He has given me more confidence and taught me more than I could ever put into words.

Unfortunately, circumstances have changed as I finish high school and look at moving. My own goals are also moving towards much higher classes, and I don’t believe that is fair on Oxbow when he has so much to give someone else.

He could be the horse to teach another young rider everything he has taught me.

The right home is incredibly important to me, as it’s a heartbreaking sale, he will NOT be sold to the wrong person, only 5 star loving homes.
