Sired by Vivant, who was crowned Australian Jumping Senior Champion for three consecutive years (2007–2009) and has made a significant contribution to Australian sport horse breeding, producing offspring excelling in both show jumping and eventing.

Ellie’s dam is a well-bred Thoroughbred mare whose pedigree boasts several proven performance lines known for producing athletic and talented sport horses. This makes Ellie not only a superb performance prospect but also a valuable future broodmare.

As a daughter of Vivant, Ellie is a half-sibling to the renowned “Virgil”, one of Australia’s most successful and beloved eventing horses, a bloodline that speaks for itself.

Ellie has been a delight to raise; she’s like a big puppy dog, always wanting to be involved in whatever’s happening around the farm. She’s intelligent, kind, and a quick learner.
Her current education includes:

• Halter on/off

• Leading

• Standing for the farrier

• Yielding to pressure on the ground

• Comfortable with rugs on/off

She’s handled regularly and shows all the makings of a willing, trainable partner for the future.

This is a reluctant sale of a filly I bred to keep and produce myself. Unfortunately, due to declining health, I need to be realistic about my ability to continue handling young stock so will be priced to sell. Ellie deserves the opportunity to reach her full potential in a capable, loving home.
