Grace is a lovely mare that is energetic and enjoys being in work and having human attention. I purchased with the intention to bring her along from green status and get her out and about but ended up getting pregnant and now have a 4 month old. So I haven’t had the time (or riding fitness) to do much with her other than ride at home intermittently. Price reflects her exposure and being green - not her quality!

She has lovely paces for someone to make great with some consistent work. Big trot and canter with oomph. Next steps for her is just continuing to build up strength and softness through lots of laterals and transitions to get her using herself more and more consistent contact.

Grace is a little marish at times but this has never been an issue for me handling or riding her. (She mostly just enjoys feeling herself running around the paddock and can squeal/kick at paddock mates on occasion, however she does this in diva style and looks very impressive when doing her paddock piaffe or extended trots).

One paddock injury when I first got her which has left a scar on one back leg- can provide vet report. Was flesh wound and superficial only and was never lame despite needing stitches.

Best matched to someone who loves forward moving big paces and can ride through the seat/legs primarily with soft hands. She doesn’t like fiddlers on her mouth or someone who balances on their hands- no dirt just is sensitive. She’s not a horse you need to continually push to stay forward and enjoys learning new things. She has a great work ethic.

Lunges really well, easy to catch, shoe, loves a smooch and cuddle, comfortable with prams/babies and gentle with young kids. Safe enough whilst green that I still rode her whilst pregnant well into the second trimester. Previous rider I know used to clip easily and take on trail rides also.
