17yo 16.2hh Dark Bay Thoroughbred Gelding

Asking $300 to help cover the cost of feed and worming while he has been in our care.

Gentle giant type, lovely nature and well behaved to handle. He is an ex-racer and was acquired after being left behind by an agistee, so his full history is limited.

He enjoys being around people and will follow closely behind you, sometimes almost touching, because apparently personal space is optional.

Good for the farrier and generally respectful on the ground. He can be sensitive with water, even when spraying around him, so I am unsure how he would go being washed. He does not like being wormed.

Due to limited known history, I cannot confidently comment on riding ability, floating, traffic, washing, vet work, or suitability under saddle. He would be best suited to an experienced, kind home that understands Thoroughbreds and is happy to assess him properly.

Lovely big horse with a sweet temperament, just needs the right person who won’t rush him.
