Stoneylea Darcy is a young horse of exceptional quality, combining modern dressage breeding, natural athleticism, and the charisma expected of a future international sport horse.

Born on 11 November 2020, this striking gelding is by Damaschino and out of the elite mare EM Stoneylea Welt Princess, herself one of New Zealands most decorated young dressage horses. She was crowned Overall Young Horse

Champion at the New Zealand Dressage Nationals, prevailing across the 4-6 year old divisions after first securing the 4 year old Championship. An elite mare she has also undergone performance assessment by international respected Hanoverian breeding authority Ludwig Christmann.

Darcy is currently schooling at Novice level, with some elementary movements already established. Still in the formative stages of his education, his rate of progression has been remarkable. He demonstrates the elasticity, balance and natural self-carriage sought in todays modern dressage horse, coupled with a genuine willingness to learn and a highly trainable attitude.
