Pre-sale Vet check conducted Tuesday 17 June 2025 by Brindabella Equine Mobile Veterinary Services:

Appointment reason: lameness and health check.

History: no concerns, general health check and lameness exam for pre sale. 

Clinical Exam: no abnormalities on physical exam. Good body condition and coat. Heart, lungs and GIT all normal. Shod only LF, threw RF shoe recently. Mildly reactive to back palpation. Incisors consistent with 5 years age. splint present LF medially, no heat or pain on palpation. No joint or tendon effusion or pain on palpation. Scar present as mild thickening over left hind dorsal/lateral cannon, previous degloving injury. 

Lameness exam: on straight line there was no evidence of lameness. Slightly toed in left front (fetlock varus)

Hoof testers: no reactions although a bit difficult to interpret left hind as kicked away a few times

Lunge to left: no lameness detected 

Lunge to right: no lameness detected 

Flexion tests: negative to X 8 flexion tests today
