Black Caviar fever is in full swing with her Ascot debut approaching, so we wanted to share this video of the legendary mare being sold as a yearling - at the 2008 Inglis Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale. The filly, who was destined to become such a superstar, went through the auction ring as lot 520, selling for $210,000 to Peter Moody and the rest, as they say, is history!... The British Equestrian Federation today named the equestrian athletes and horses they have submitted to the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) as the Nominated Entry List for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
