Breed Shaping Dressage Sire Rohdiamant Dead

Eurodressage reports that the elite Oldenberg sire Rohdiamant has had to be euthanized following a comminuted fracture of the right short pastern which he sustained in the paddock. Even though he was successfully operated on, his condition worsened during his recovery and he was humanely put down. Rohdiamant is represented in Australia by his son Royston Rockstar who stands at Bennet Conn's property on the Gold Coast....

 

New Cross Country Course for Gympie, Qld

A cross country course, being built on the banks of the Mary River, is set to be the best in the Sunshine Coast region and bring huge benefits to Gympie’s local economy. The Gympie Pony Club is currently building the 2.5km, 20-fence jump course at the bottom of their Jane St grounds. The new course will be built to a pre-novice and one-star standard by local course builder Brett Cantle. The winding track will include a spectacular water jump, brick wall, barrel and log jumps....
