'MORE GOLD' TB 8yrs approx 15.2hh bay mare

'Joey' as she's known at home is an unraced TB who has the sweetest temperament. She is super quick to learn and very willing to please. She came to me in Oct '23 green broken and has been in work with me since. She really tries her heart out. Absolutely no dirt in her.

Joey has lovely floating paces and is going sweetly under saddle. She is sensitive, forward moving and careful over jumps. With a big trot and balanced canter she is slowly getting steadier and more confident in the contact. Super easy to catch, tack up, lunge, do her feet, rug, worm, float etc.

On 11th August she had her first ever cross-country experience attending a Justine Streater clinic at Tamborine Equestrian and did incredibly well finishing up with rave reviews. She was trotting around confidently over brush, logs, box, over the ditch, through water and up the bank like she'd done it 100 times before. I am confident she will progress quickly.

Went out to her first ODE at Tamborine QI3DE and was a superstar. No jumping penalties xcountry with 1.2 for time and clear showjumping to finish with an incredible 3rd place!

She has a bright future ahead of her in whatever discipline you like. Great project to continue for a junior or adult rider. Intermediate experience and above - no beginners, no nervous nellies, no first time horse owners. While Joey is quite sensible she is still green and needs a confident, positive rider to give her the best chance at success.
