Toby is an 11yo, 17hh Warmblood gelding out of Olympic stallion quando quando x balmoral dreaming (duntroon x Merrily). Toby is an absolute gentleman and pleasure to own, anyone who meets him just loves him. His wonderful temperament transpires from the ground into his ridden work. Not only does Toby have a temperament only many could hope for but he also has the movement to match with 3 wonderful eye catching paces and a huge canter. Toby is trained medium level dressage including flying changes, and has competed up to novice level. Toby has been to a handful of shows but has also been to various other outings and is always a gentleman to take out. Toby is very much a people’s horse so being on his own is not a problem for him, this being said he is also happy to have some friends. Toby is easy to catch, shoe, float and has wonderful manners around feed. Toby would ideally suit a novice-intermediate level young rider looking for a willing and reliable horse to teach them the ropes or progress their dressage riding. Although a gentle giant his ideal rider must be confident in riding a larger horse to ensure that he is going to a home that is equally going to help him reach his full potential. Toby has had one owner since he was a yearling so his owner is really looking for the perfect home for him. Toby is only being sold as his owner has a growing family and unfortunately does not have time that this beautiful boy deserves. Toby is currently being ridden by a young professional rider.
