This 15.2hh, 9yo thoroughbred mare called Dot is looking for a new owner. She is registered and I have full history. (She only had a few races and has been off the track for past 5 years.) She is a friendly, quiet and very easy to handle horse who keeps her condition easily. Dot has been owned and handled by a young teenager for the past three years and has had some dressage and showjumping competition experience, jumping 60cm in competition and 1m at home. Dot is sound (vet check welcome), good with other horses and has been well loved and cared for. She has no nasty habits, has a sensitive and responsive snaffle mouth but can be a bit tricky under saddle at times in canter, which is reflected in the price. She is currently in light arena flat work and has been ridden 2-3 times a week by the owner or trainer for the past 4 months. Would make a fabulous companion horse or project for an experienced rider/trainer. This is a reluctant sale as she is much loved. Current owner doesn't have the time or experience to take Dot to the next level.
