Ashbrook Furst Frolic is an eye-catching 15.3hh 8yo WB mare out of the successful dressage stallion Furst Love. With a correct walk, a lovely floating trot and balanced canter, there is no reason why Frolic won’t excel in the dressage ring.

She is home bred and has been with us from the very beginning. Frolic is a sweet horse with a lovely, kind eye. She has the basics established on the flat, however she is green for her age due to eventing being my focus and therefore she has always been pushed to the bottom of the priority list. This in no way reflects her quality. Her current price reflects this and will rise as she continues to progress.

Frolic has jumped over 1m showing nice technique, although she is not very brave so we feel she would be best suited to a pure dressage home. She has been on multiple outings and has proved to be sensible and quiet, stands at the float nicely and is fairly unfazed. In saying that however, she was not always like this and needs a confident, experienced rider as she can be spooky at times. She gets confidence from her rider. She is currently competing at Prelim dressage, with plenty of talent to move up the levels. With the right rider she really has a bright future ahead of her. Easy to handle, floats well and is good for the farrier. A genuine sale of a lovely horse. Plenty of video and photos on request.
