Since arriving with us, Rio has found his passion for Show jumping and xcountry, currently competing at 75cm–80cm and training up to 90cm–1m. He also performs a competitive Preliminary dressage test and is training Novice dressage.
With limited exposure, he has already proven himself to be a handy Pony Club mount, needing just a quick 5-minute warm-up before putting his best foot forward.
Rio is also a reliable farm pony, enjoying working cattle, being around dogs and machinery.
Due to his limited exposure, Rio is best suited to a confident, capable, and independent older child, small teen, or adult rider looking for a talented and fun pony to continue his education. priced in low 5 figures
