He will be a asset to any serious competition home!
Bloodlines: Lucky is by the highly decorated Grand Prix showjumping stallion Lincoln MVNZ (Diarado x Indoctro x Galoubet A) known for his world class bloodlines, talent and temperament, he is a very successful World Cup showjumper in his own right.
Lincoln MVNZ is out of Sereedom VDL and by Diarado. Diarado needs no introduction, being the Leading Jumping Sire in 2021 and Leading Eventing Sire of 2022. He is by the legendary stallion Diamant De Semilly who was World’s Leading Jumping Sire, representing France at the 2000 Olympic Games in Atlanta. He went on to win team gold with France at the 2002 World Championships. Diamant De Semilly is one of the greats and whose bloodlines have been instrumental in shaping the showjumping world.
Lucky’s dam is Tannith Park Cansas who has been successfully competed up to Futurity Level and more recently 1.30m. She is out of Fiorella and by Cannavaro. True to his pedigree, Cannavaro demonstrated his jumping ability after being awarded 4YO Jumping Horse Champion at 2008 DJWTS and Hanoverian Jumping Horse of the Year in 2009.
Cannavaro’s sire is German jumping legend Contendro I who was the World’s Leading Eventing Sire for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 consecutively and is still ranked 5th to this day. He was also ranked World’s #25 jumping sire and has produced many 1.60m offspring.
Contendro I’s sire, Contender is even more notable again, being in his time, one of the most sought after stallions in Germany and won the 1987 Adelheidsdorf stallion performance test with a jumping index of 146.6
Education, handling and behaviour: Lucky is very well pre-trained and well handled. He is great to catch, groom, trim, wash and is wonderful to float - almost self-loading. Lucky has had a bridle, jump boots and a lunging roller on. He has begun lunging basics and is a true ‘puppy dog’ type that will follow you around waiting for cuddles. Lucky is a gentleman with an amazing, easy going temperament.
Feeding and management: Lucky is currently fed Breeda pellets and hay.
Medical history: Lucky does not have any medical issues. He is fully vaccinated and is microchipped. Lucky’s feet and worming are up to date.
Rider Suitability: Lucky is ready to break in. His character indicates that this will be a straightforward process and will suit a rider with some young horse experience.
Reason for sale: Lucky is for sale because his owner has too many horses and not enough time, so one must be sold - as much as she would love to keep him for herself, unfortunately Lucky is the only one able and ready to be sold at the moment
Lucky’s owner would love to see him go to a competitive home with an ambitious rider. He is bred in the purple and has immense potential to succeed in the competition arena. In saying that, Lucky is an absolute sweetheart who loves attention, so he will thrive in a home that loves their horses and spending quality time with them.
